Are You Prepared for the Next Doce?

ActiveForever-logoIt’s an ancient old adage but it’s true. It’s much better to be safe than sorry. As evidenced by the ongoing, 7,000 acre plus ‘Doce’ wildfire in Northern Arizona, it’s impossible to predict when, where and how, disaster will strike. How will you respond?

Add the unpredictability of an aging national infrastructure and it becomes clear that it’s perfectly reasonable to want to take extra precautions to keep you and your loved ones safe.

Here at ActiveForever we recognize this so we carry the very affordable and very well equipped, 25 Person Bulk Sturdy Metal First Aid Cabinet.

These deluxe, all-encompassing first aid kits carry the maximum amount of supplies appropriate to provide comfort and care for 10, 50, 75 and 100 injured, ill or endangered people. They are wall-mountable and easily transported. They are excellent for workplace health and safety and can be customized with your company logo!

Prescott Horses Need Your Help

ActiveForever-logoFor those of you who may not know, a vicious wildfire has burned through more than 7,000 acres near Prescott over the past few days according to the Prescott National Forest. The ‘Doce’ Fire has led to the evacuation of about 200 homes northwest of Prescott near the Granite Mountain Wilderness area.

Hundreds of evacuees have left their horses at the “Prescott Frontier Days” fairgrounds until they are able to return to their homes, which won’t be any time soon. The horses are currently without basic provisions and are in serious need of water receptacles, hay and alfalfa.

ActiveForever’s Patricka Fletcher has graciously donated 5 bails of alfalfa, which she purchased from Olsen’s Grain. Right now Olsen’s is not charging a delivery fee for those who would like to donate to the displaced horses of Prescott.

According to Patricka, (who grew up in Prescott,) alfalfa is the cheapest and the most nutritious option.

People who would like to donate can also call the American Red Cross. Every bit helps!

Prescott, the horses and ActiveForever Thanks you!!
