Click on “Login & Support”

A window will pop-up, asking you to Login to Facebook. Click the Login button.

Go to the bottom of the Mission: Small Business page (NOT the Facebook page) to search for the business name “ActiveForever” Choose the State (Arizona) and City (Scottsdale).

Click the Blue Vote button next to the address on the right side to finish voting.
